Autism Technician / Registered Behavior Technician

AUTISM TECHNICIAN/REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (Training Provided)

Easterseals UCP is seeking compassionate, caring and dedicated Autism Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team. In this position, you will work with individuals living with autism that are between the ages of 3-20 years old in their homes, the community and/or our autism centers. We seek team members who are fun, creative and can appreciate small successes in others.

What You’ll Do

Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the children/adolescents you will be helping. Behavior technicians work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. They will help clients with day-to-day activities, social interactions, record and collect data on client’s progress, and communicate with client’s families.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you must have a willingness to provide care in various community settings. We require a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance. You must also be willing to take a background check.
