Talent Acquisition Specialist

Easterseals UCP is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia.  Easterseals UCP’s mission is to improve the lives, health and well-being of individuals and families dealing with substance use and mental health disorders. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary talent team designed to provide full cycle recruiting support to hiring teams. 

What You’ll Do

This career opportunity will partner with hiring managers to hone in on the much-needed qualifications per vacant opportunity. You will be responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of all positions including licensed clinical substance use and behavioral health professionals who use a team approach to meet the needs of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and their support team members. This position is hybrid within Greenville, NC, 3 days in-office, 2 days remote, with intermittent travel to headquarters in Raleigh and within the assigned service area for career and community events as needed. Candidates must live within commuting distance to Greenville, NC.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you must be adept at passive sourcing, have experience providing an engaging candidate experience, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment where you work smart, build relationships, and continue the ongoing growth of the organization. We also require:

  • Minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Behavioral Health/IDD or Healthcare recruiting background is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred
