We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Behavioral Health Talent team. If you have a knack for sourcing licensed clinical mental health professionals and aggressively attracting those not seeking or passively seeking careers then this may be the team for you!
What You’ll Do:
This career opportunity will partner with hiring managers to hone in on the much-needed qualifications per vacant opportunity. You will be responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of behavioral health professionals (licensed therapists and qualified professionals) who use a team approach to meet the needs of individuals and families with severe and persistent mental illness. This position is mostly remote with intermittent travel to headquarters in Raleigh and within the assigned service area for career events.

What We’re Looking For:
To join our team, you must be adept at passive sourcing, have experience providing an engaging candidate experience, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment where you work smart, build relationships, and continue the ongoing growth of the organization. We also require:
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Behavioral Health or Healthcare recruiting background is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred
