Multi-Systemic Therapist (MST)

Easterseals UCP, is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Multi-Systemic Therapist to join our collaborative and multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive clinical assessments and administrative guidance to the Multi-Systemic Therapist team.

What You’ll Do

As a MST, you will participate in a team approach designed to address the identified needs of children and adolescents with significant behavioral problems who are transitioning from out-of-home placements or are at risk of out-of-home placement and need intensive interventions to remain stable in the community. This population has access to a variety of interventions twenty four (24/7) hours a day by staff that will maintain contact and intervene as one organizational unit. As a MST, you’ll provide therapy to during regular business hours at the office in Goldsboro, NC!

How You’ll Benefit

You’ll earn a competitive salary based on your experience; range is $38,000 to $43,000 plus enjoy a flexible work schedule. We also offer benefits to those regularly working 30 hours or more per week.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you must be willing to provide care in various community settings, rotate first responder coverage, have a passion for helping others, have experience with diffusing crisis and able to link clients to community resources. We also require the following:

· Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related subject area.

· Persons with a related bachelor’s degree and significant clinical experience will be considered as well
