Easterseals UCP is currently seeking a full-time licensed mental health professional Psychotherapist (LCMHC, LCSW, LPA or LMFT) to provide direct care services to identified clients, ensuring that clients receive optimal care and that services provided are consistent with ACT service definition. The Psychotherapist will meet clients in the community, homes, and offices as needed. *This position has a $3,000 sign-on bonus.* This position is also eligible for 4 day/10 hour work schedule after 90 days.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provides a range of service from case coordination, psychosocial rehabilitative service, psycho-education and psychotherapy
- Consults with community agencies and families to maintain coordination in the treatment process
- Participates in comprehensive assessment of psychiatric history
- Provides multiple-stage individual and group treatment in the office and in community settings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree from an approved, accredited institution. A human services degree is preferred
- Licensed to provide psychotherapy services in the State of North Carolina.
- Valid, unrestricted, state appropriate driver’s license.
- Skills and competence to establish supportive trusting relationships
- Possesses current, unrestricted vehicle insurance and provides own transportation for use in fulfilling job requirement
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive salary based on your experience between $47,000 and $63,000 annually depending on education, experience, and licensure plus enjoy a work schedule with daily travel. We also offer benefits to those regularly working 30 hours or more per week. This position is eligible for 4 day/10 hour work schedule after 90 days.
