Learning & Change Management Associate

In this role, you will support the design, development, and delivery of change management and learning initiatives and administer the RELIAS system. This is a remote/hybrid position, preferably in Raleigh, NC, with occasional travel.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain and administer the RELIAS LMS and respond to support inquiries.
  • Assist in developing and delivering new learning programs and modifying existing programs.
  • Support all aspects of new hire orientation, including development, delivery, and coordination.
  • Assist in executing change management deliverables, including as-is and to-be processes, communication planning, stakeholder assessments, etc.
  • Assist in developing communication assets, including newsletters, surveys, FAQs, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

To join our team, you must be a caring servant leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills and be willing to take a background check. We also require the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Communications, and/or Organizational Development. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience or working knowledge in related disciplines (i.e., instructional design, corporate training or teaching, change management, and communications).
