Easterseals UCP, is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team designed to provide crisis interventions and support to children and adults.
What You’ll Do:
The Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional involves crisis and case management and individual/family therapy to prevent the need for out of home placement for children with a diagnosed mental health disorder. You will be responsible for coordination assessments and developing treatments for individuals.
How You’ll Benefit:
You’ll earn a competitive salary based on your experience. Salary range: $47,000-$49,000 (provisionally licensed) and $50,000- $60,000 (fully licensed). We offer benefits to those regularly working 30 hours or more per week and paid training and professional development. Hours will range from M-F 9am-5pm, flexible hours, 24/7/365 on call.

What We’re Looking For:
To join our team, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where you work smart and build relationships. We also require the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field with two years post degree experience with
population served (at risk youth); or - Master’s degree in Human Service field with one year post degree experience with population served (at risk youth)
