Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Easterseals UCP is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary ABA and Autism services team designed to provide interventions and support to children and their families.

What You’ll Do

 When you join the Easterseals ABA and Autism team you are choosing a team that leverages ABA as an evidence-based practice to foster positive, meaningful behavior change by building on your unique strengths and skills. What We’re Looking For

To join our team you must have a passion for helping others, a heart for coaching and development-yours included, be willing and able to grow with our team . We also require:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
  • 3-5 years of hands-on ABA experience
  • Licensed to practice in the state of NC, preferred
