Easterseals UCP, a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia, seeks compassionate, caring, and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our collaborative Autism Services team working in our Charlotte, North Carolina.
What You’ll Do
You will have a flexible schedule. Develops behavior analytic programs and behavior support plans that appropriately meet the needs of the client and family and are culturally sensitive. You will be able to perform functional assessments of behavior and develops behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism with support from their Manager. Monitor each client’s progress in order to provide the most impactful programming. Provides direct supervision, training and professional support to Autism Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure quality service and a safe environment.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you must be willing to provide care in our Charlotte office, have a passion for helping others, experience with MS Office suite and data entry, and good verbal and written communication skills. We also require:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with at least 3-5 years of hands-on ABA experience.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a good driving record
- Bilingual Spanish a plus!
