Alternative Family Living (AFL)- Contractor- Raleigh

Easterseals UCP is seeking people interested in becoming Alternative Family Living (AFL) Providers in Raleigh and surrounding areas. As an AFL provider, you will have an individual come to live with you who possesses intellectual developmental disabilities and/or possibly mental health challenges. Our supported individuals each have their own identities with varying levels of needs and we pride ourselves on connecting people with the “right fit”. As an AFL provider, you will offer a stable and caring home where they can live, grow and integrate into the community working toward goals of daily living skills/independence. Depending on the supported individual, he/she may attend a day program or receive other services in addition to what the AFL will be providing with residential services.

This is an opportunity for an independent contractor and is not an employment position.

If you would like additional information on how to become an AFL Provider in the Raleigh and surrounding areas please contact Jessica Martin at 336-628-1847 or email jessica.martin@eastersealsucp.com.
